The English Japanese Dictionary for foreigners in this site picks up about 2,200 words generally used in medical institution in Japan. In this page, there are many words expressing months, days, time and seasons in Japanese. Everybody needs to use these words when he / she are taking reservations, making appointments and so on. How do you call 'January 1st' in Japanese? The words are sometimes very complicated, so Japanese calls two or three ways in some words. For example, the end of the month is called 'misoka', 'getsumatsu' and the number of the day. These words are very helpful for you when you visit Japan.
